What do town planners do?
Town planners work on the behalf of a developer or landowner to provide advice about your development, vision, and plan. Planners are professionals in developing strategies and reports for submission to Local Council and State Government Agencies. They specialise in Town Planning Law which covers all types of development. We can help you get approval for a development on things like a simple house extension or something more complex like a multi-storey mix use tower in the CBD.

At Vision Property Development Hub our Architectural Design & Drafting team can provide custom design solutions whether it be a new home, alterations or additions, separate office/granny flat, new purpose built commercial premises, a multi-unit Development or layout plans for proposed subdivisions. Our team includes an Architectural Designer and a Draftsman who is also a qualified and experienced Carpenter. They can provide design and construction advice. They are experienced and positioned to effectively and efficiently prepare plans for your project. We are happy to talk with your builder during the design process or recommend builders for you.
If you have a VISION of what you want to achieve with your building project we can bring that to life with our drafting team preparing Council ready plans. We work in conjunction with qualified consulting Engineers to prepare all the structural and civil plans that are required for the project.

Our Town Planner and Specialist Administration staff are experienced and positioned to effectively and efficiently prepare application documents, lodge and manage applications through the NSW Planning system. We pride ourselves at Vision on our attention to detail and regular and clear communication with our clients about the status of applications and progress. We function as the central office for all correspondence with you as our client, specialist consultants such as Engineers and all Council correspondence during the application processes.

When & Why do I need a Town Planner?

We will coordinate a mix of consultants such as architects, landscape architects, surveyors, civil engineers, and traffic engineers to provide quotation for the professional services to get you all of the necessary reports, assessments, structural information, and required documentation to submit to Council for you.
